Who we are

What we collect

  • Newsletter subscribers: email address and subscription date.
  • Prompt Studio customers: name, email address, order details and payment reference (payments processed by Stripe).
  • Comments: display name, account ID and comment content.
  • Analytics: anonymised page-view data.

How we use it

  • To deliver the newsletter and Prompt Studio orders you request.
  • To reply to comments and support enquiries.
  • To measure site performance and improve content.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors we rely on to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (hosting).

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@aiweekly.co.uk.

Retention

  • Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
  • Comments are kept until you request removal.
