Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of AIWeekly's website, content and enquiry forms. By using the site you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Informational content
AIWeekly's articles, guides, tool listings and reviews are provided for general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and should not be relied on as such. AI moves quickly — always verify time-sensitive details against primary sources before acting on them.
AI Risk Scan
The AI Risk Scan is a free, self-assessment tool based on the answers you provide. It gives an indicative score and flags to help you think about AI-related risk areas. It is not legal advice, a certification, an audit, or a guarantee of compliance with any law or standard, and it does not replace a proper risk assessment carried out with qualified advisers. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of a Risk Scan result.
Business and advertising enquiries
Submitting a business, advertising or tool-claim enquiry does not create a contract between you and AIWeekly. We aim to respond to qualified enquiries but do not guarantee a response time or outcome. Any recurring advisory, governance or managed service is only provided once we have agreed a separate proposal, statement of work or order form with you, which will set out scope, deliverables, fees and timescales.
Where we display "from" prices on the site, these are indicative starting prices only. The final scope and price for any engagement are agreed with you after an initial discovery conversation and are confirmed in the relevant proposal or order form, which takes precedence over any figure shown on the site.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us, including through enquiry forms, the Risk Scan, surveys and any workspace account. Please do not submit information you are not authorised to share.
Please do not include confidential information belonging to a third party, or special category data (such as information about health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or criminal records) in any form, comment, review or enquiry submitted through the site. We are not set up to receive or process this kind of data and may delete it if it is submitted.
Workspace acceptable use
Customers with access to our governance workspace must use it only for their own organisation's lawful business purposes, must keep login credentials secure, and must not use the workspace to store or process data they are not entitled to hold. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Billing and cancellation
Any paid service — including workspace subscriptions or advisory engagements — is billed and may be cancelled only in accordance with the order form, proposal or subscription terms agreed with you at the time. These terms of service do not themselves create a right to a refund; refund and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.
Prompt Studio orders
Prompt Studio is a small paid service, not linked from our primary navigation, through which you can order a bespoke AI prompt at the tier and price shown at checkout. Payment is taken through Stripe. We aim to deliver the completed prompt as a PDF by email within 24 hours of a confirmed order; where a brief is unclear we may contact you first, which can extend that time. Because each prompt is bespoke work made to your brief, orders become non-refundable once we begin work on them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief and for not submitting confidential or special-category information. Where the checkout, order confirmation or a specific order includes its own terms, those terms control to the extent they differ from this section.
User conduct
Comments and reader reviews must not be unlawful, defamatory, spammy or infringing, and must relate genuinely to your own experience. We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that breach these rules.
Intellectual property
AIWeekly's articles, guides, tool listings and branding are © AIWeekly. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source. Do not republish full articles, or scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site, without our written permission.
Liability
We try to keep AIWeekly accurate and available, but the site, its content and free tools such as the Risk Scan are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim relating to the free content and tools on this site is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us in connection with the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Any liability arising from a paid engagement is instead governed by the limits set out in the relevant proposal or order form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
